RFwN Scholarships

Every year, RWTH grants some scholarships to 2nd year master students with very good 1st year academic achievements. If you have finished your first SSE year with (very) good grades, you may apply for one of these scholarships. Please see the documents below for details.

Please drop your application by August 20th at the secretariat of Lehrstuhl Informatik 5 (Gabriele Hoeppermanns, room 6231, building E2, 2nd floor; alternatively: Stefan Schiffer, room 6214).

Erasmus Mundus Scholarships

A limited number of two-year scholarships under the Erasmus Mundus Programme European Master in Informatics (EuMI) are available for outstanding candidates from countries outside the European Union. In brief, the scholarship

• is intended for students wishing to specialize in Embedded Systems;
• involves studies both at RWTH Aachen and the University of Trento, Italy;
• is granted for up to two years;
• pays 21000 EUR per year.

Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive a double degree from both RWTH Aachen and the University of Trento. For more information about this scholarship see the EuMI ESI web-page and how to apply, see the EuMI web-page.
