join us to build a prototype of a centralized data repository for biomedical data

We are looking for a student assistant (Hiwi) who wants to join us to build a prototype of a centralized data repository for biomedical data. Our team is composed of computer scientists and bioinformaticians working at the University Hospital Cologne, University Cologne, RWTH and Fraunhofer Institute.


Your Profile                                                                  


·       Interest in data management, modern software architectures, web technologies, 


·       capable to work independently and remotely as our teams are spread in multiple cities,


·       good communication skills and capacity to work in a diverse environment.


·       some prior experience with the technologies related to the development of the platform: java, git, javascript, storage technologies such as SQL, SPARQL, JSON,
