Short Biography
Andreas Becks studied Computer Science (with a minor in Psychology) at University of Dortmund where he received his diploma in 1997. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from RWTH Aachen and an MBA in Technology Management from both, University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and RWTH Aachen (double degree). After joining RWTH's graduate school on "Informatics and Engineering" from 1998 to 2001 he changed to Fraunhofer-FIT where he heads the "Information and Planning Systems" group.
