- 1982 born in Kharkov (Ukraine)
- 2002 - 2007 studies of computer science at RWTH Aachen University
- October 2006 - June 2007 diploma thesis at the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Information Technology (FIT) in Sankt Augustin
- From October 2007 research assistant at the Chair of Computer Science 5 "Information Systems" at RWTH Aachen University
