Short Biography

Dr. Dominik Renzel is post-doctoral research associate at the Chair of Computer Science 5 (i5). He received his diploma degree in computer science (Dipl.-Inform.) in February 2009 from RWTH Aachen University and since then worked as doctoral student and research assistant at i5. Dominik researched in the context of several national projects, among them the DFG cluster of excellence Ultra-High Speed Mobile Information & Communication (UMIC), as well as several international EU-funded projects (ROLE, Learning Layers, VIRTUS). Since July 2016, Dominik holds a doctoral degree (Dr. rer. nat.) from RWTH Aachen University.
