Seminar Intelligent Distributed Systems

In this Seminar topics in the area of intelligent distributed systems will be discussed. Some areas are synchronization, coordination, replication and distributed data processing.

Tasks in the seminar will be:

  • literature research about the assigned topic,
  • writing of a paper
  • and participation in the block course with the final presentation


The Seminar consists of an introductory course at the beginning of the semester, the creation of a paper during the semester and a block course at the end of the semester.



4th Sept 3pm - 5pm: welcoming and placing of topics

15th Oct: hand in structure and additional literature references

30th Nov: hand in written report

4th-6th Mar always 9am-12am, 1pm-5pm - block seminar
