In this study we evaluated the effectiveness of various features and techniques, in particular, multimedia content-based similarity and Web 2.0 community of practice concepts  for detecting and managing faked multimedia. Due to the diverse nature of the used features and the techniques, the Semantic Web based framework can be a solution for integrating information from heterogeneity of information sources about the multimedia in terms of fake identification.
The ontology provides a consistent and semantically enriched method to represent the information in the “fuzzy front-end” of innovation (Menor, Tatikonda, & Sampson, 2002). Furthermore, the use of semantic techniques enables advanced management functions like semantic reasoning and automatic analysis.
In our study we evaluated the effectiveness of various features and techniques in particular, multimedia content-based similarity and Web 2.0 community of practice concepts  for detecting and managing faked multimedia. Semantic web based framework can be a solution for integrating information from heterogeneity of information sources about the multimedia in term of fake.
In this thesis, the main focus is how to summarize the data from a set of resources and present a multimedia as a combination of semantic resources. 

Prerequisites

The applicant should be open for interdisciplinary wor and interested in multimedia. She/he should have experienced in databases, XML, Java, and knowledge of ontology, RDF, SQL, SPARQL/SERQL are an advantage
