BPMN-Merging using Business Process Patterns

Thesis type
  • Bachelor
  • Master
Status Open

Business process modeling (BPM) in systems engineering is the activity of representing processes of an enterprise, so that the current process may be analyzed or improved. Merged models are intended for analysts who want to create a model that subsumes a collection of process models with the aim of replacing variants with the merged model.

We want you to investigate if the consideration of business process patterns is suitable for graph-based model merging.
