In this thesis, we extend our existing mobile serious game framework for realising monitoring and intervention tools for public audiences playing serious games.

Public health interventions prevent diseases and other health conditions through surveillance of cases and the promotion of healthy behaviour. Serious Games are games designed for a primary purpose other than pure entertainment. In this thesis, we extend our existing mobile serious game framework for realising monitoring and intervention tools for public audiences playing serious games. Our framework is realized as open source software based on HTML 5 technologies providing a number of game design for simple puzzles. The candidate should have interest in modern web engineering techniques in the medical domain. We will provide access to modern mobile hardware like smart phones and tablets.
