The aim of this thesis is to develop a tool to create usability problem specifications for further pattern recognition as part of an Automated Usability Testing environment.

We’re developing an Automated Usability Testing environment (AUTenv) for mobile applications. The system can automatically recognize usability problems in a dataset of user interactions, specified through problem definitions. It recognizes a specific sequence of interactions and marks them for further use. 

In a recent master thesis a concept study was developed, implemented and tested. In future the system should be improved and extended by additional functionalities for better user experience.

In this bachelor thesis you're going to develop a graphical tool to design usability problem specifications for sequence analysis. Furthermore, you have to apply the sequence definition to a set of user interactions to recognize each sequence which matches the sequence definition.
