We are looking for a HiWi (f/m/d) for managing and extending our Digital Product Passport Interface.

We are looking for a highly motivated student assistant (HiWi) to support the development of a Digital Product Passport Interface. This innovative project aims to enable seamless integration of product data through data spaces and knowledge graphs, facilitating transparent and efficient product lifecycle management. The primary focus will be on designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces that interact with dynamic data sources and allow users to easily access product-related information. As part of the team, you will work on building data models, linking product information across different systems, and contributing to the development of knowledge graphs to represent relationships between data points. You will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies such as semantic web technologies and data spaces. Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in data-driven systems are essential.

The position offers the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in data interoperability, and emerging technologies. You will collaborate closely with experts in the field and contribute to a high-impact project aimed at enhancing sustainability and transparency in supply chains.

Your profile:

• Experience with React library for web development;
• Experience with Node.js;
• Understanding of relational databases;
• Understanding of the RDF standard;
• Understanding of data space concepts is a plus.
