Retrospect
After a great week at the Mobile Data Management conference we would again thank all presenters and participants which made the HIMoA workshop a great success. We heard eight inspiring and very interesting paper presentations. Special thanks go also to the program committee which did a great job in reviewing and selecting the papers. A highlight was the outstanding talk by Upkar Varshney which gave us a detailed insight into mobile and pervasive healthcare with its challenges and upcoming directions. We like to thank Upkar here again for his talk which enriched the HIMoA workshop a lot. We also really liked the fruitful final discussion which showed us, that there are still many issues which have to be tackled in the future of (mobile) healthcare applications and systems. We hope that you enjoyed the workshop as much as we did.
