This Master thesis aims to investigate the testability of Distributed Analytics experiments when transitioning from simulation to real settings. The study will focus on analyzing the challenges and limitations in accurately testing and evaluating the performance of distributed analytics algorithms in real-world scenarios. The results of this research will provide insights into the robustness and generalizability of these algorithms and guide the development of more effective methods for evaluating and deploying distributed analytics solutions in real-world environments. This research will contribute to the advancement of the field of distributed analytics and could have implications for the design and implementation of large-scale data analysis systems.
