Dr. Benedikt Hensen works as "Akademischer Rat" at the Chair of Computer Science 5, RWTH Aachen University and conducts research in the fields of Extended Reality, Large Language Models and Knowledge Graphs.
He was appointed as "Akademischer Rat" in 2026. He has been working at the chair since 2017. During this time, he was postdoctoral researcher (2025 - 2026), doctoral candidate and research assistant (2019 - 2025) and science assistant (2017 - 2019).
He received his doctoral degree in 2025 and his M.Sc. degree in Computer Science in 2019, as well as his B.Sc. in Computer Science in 2017, all at RWTH Aachen University.
