Foundation of this bridge course for data science master students is the self-paced database course based on video offered by Jennifer Widom from Stanford University. All needed course materials are available in the according Moodle course room. Feedback and advice will be offered in a weekly office hour on Mondays between 12 pm and 1 pm. Oral examinations will be scheduled after the lecture period via the Moodle course room.
For students of M.Sc. Data Science: You can take the bridge course Databases if you joined the program with a background from mathematics or physics. If you joined the M.Sc. Data Science with a background in computer science, then you cannot take the bridge course Databases. Please contact the academic advisor if you want to take the bridge course.
