This thesis aims to develop an AI-powered skill assessment tool that analyses and evaluates users’ skills based on their resumes or CVs. Using advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including Large Language Models (LLMs), the system will extract relevant skills from uploaded documents and guide users through a dynamic, adaptive questionnaire to refine and validate the identified skills.
The tool will provide personalized feedback, highlighting areas where users should focus their learning or practice to enhance proficiency. This system will not only assist individuals in identifying skill gaps for personal development but will also support employers in assessing candidate qualifications. The adaptive questionnaire ensures a tailored evaluation, offering actionable advice to help users achieve their career goals.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP libraries
- Programming Languages – HTML, Javascript, CSS, and Python
